Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool and can help with a huge variety of lifestyle problems. Many people who "dabble" in this method to resolve their issues do so initially using self-help videos and CD's. Whilst these have their place, they are, by their very generic nature, less effective because they cannot focus specifically on the individual and their particular needs.
